We accepts Money Order, Cashier's Check, Direct Deposit Cash Personal Check, Bank Wire Transfer, PayPal

For all Texas Residents, sale tax is 8.25%
General Information:
Orders will be processed for fulfillment within 24-48 hours of receipt. We will process your order after the payment receives and clear. Once processed, your order will usually ship within 10 business days depending on current stock status of the product. Special orders or out of stock items may take longer. If you cancel an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee, even if you refuse the delivery. All shipping charge is non-refundable. Orders shipped within the continental US follow our standard shipping policies. Orders shipped anywhere else will be subject to higher shipping and insurance rates, as well as, applicable customs duties and taxes. All such expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. Any return checks are subject to a $30 return check fee for each check return.
Important Note:
Before signing of any freight delivery, examine all items for signs of damage. If any damage is found, make sure the driver notes the damage(s) on the release form. Please notify us via email: HtSpasparts@gmail.com if any damages are found and a representative can note down any damages that are found so that a claim can be made immediately. Failure to do so can result in damages paid out of your own pocket.
Returns:
All products can be returned within 2 weeks of the date that they are received by the customer. This means that the package for return must be postmarked within 14 days of arrival date to the customer. Please keep all original box/boxes. YOU MUST CONTACT US via email htpspanail@gmail.com
IN ADVANCES FOR AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for both directions of shipment, as well as a 25% restocking fee. Please choose wisely - these costs can add up on a return. Speciallly Furniture/Pedicure Spa chair is delivered, they can not be returned. If you have damage to your piece(s) during delivery, call Customer Service at 832-868-1443. See note above for damage instructions.
Order Cancellation:
Order may cancel by the end of the same business day that they were placed and no changes will apply. For orders cancelled after the business day they were placed, these will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee, which covers the cost of transactions as well as charge fees where applicable. Additionally, not all orders will be cancelled after the date of placement. This includes in stock items which have already shipped and when the item is already in production. We will gladly accept the return of undamaged goods, in the original boxes, within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged upon inspection. The customer assumes all responsibility for delivery costs both ways. All Special Orders, Custom Orders are non cancellable.
Warranties
We fully support all manufacturers’ warranties on new products for parts only. If you find any defect on the products you receive, please contact us at htpspanail@gmail.com. We will try our best to resolve any trouble you have.
